What makes this coffee truly special, and why we continue to bring it back year after year, is the clarity and complexity of flavors it presents. This is a rare quality in naturally processed coffees, which typically present big (sometimes funky) berry aromas and a muddled mix of hard-to-discern flavors. Ardi exhibits distinct notes of berry, subtle mango, black tea and caramel. It has a creamy mouthfeel. If you're looking to jump into natural coffees, or are a processing methods fanatic, you'll love this coffee!

This naturally processed coffee comes to us from our long-time importing partners at Keffa Coffee, who work closely with farms in the Sidama region to ensure quality processing of their coffees.

But nothing special about this coffee. Tried it as pour overs and aeropress with no luck. Pretty disappointed.
Love this coffee. I only wish it could be purchased in larger 2lb bags.
Ethiopian beans are usually my favorite, and even with that high bar, this is a fantastic choice. Brio has ruined most other roasters for me, in the best way possible.
So tasty and the shots pull so beautifully as well.
