Returns & Refunds

At Brio Coffeeworks, our goal is to provide you with amazing service, delicious coffees and the highest quality of goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at magda@briocoffeeworks.com.

For equipment and non-coffee items to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed; if you selected Free Shipping during checkout, we will deduct our original shipping fees from your overall refund. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of returned goods for us to process your refund.

Exchanges
We will be happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at magda@briocoffeeworks.com and send your item to: 266 Pine Street Burlington, Vermont US 05401.

Gifts and Gift Cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or issues electronically. Gift cards purchased online are not eligible for refunds.
