Colombia Microlot Gift Set

This box set features three 8 oz bags of coffees. 

This is an exciting opportunity to taste three exquisite microlot coffees from Colombia in a limited-edition gift set. Celebrate the beauty and variety of Colombian coffees, and the unique processing methods that impact favor and make them so special. 

Coffees include a washed processed Chiroso varietal from Maximiliano Vargas, an anaerobic Gesha from Juan Dario Gomez and a lychee & peach dual fermentation thermal shock process from Diego Bermudez. 

This special box set features three 8 oz bags of the following microlots: 

• Colombia Finca el Paraiso Lychee Peach Dual Fermentation Thermal Shock, Castillo Varietal - by Diego Bermudez. You will taste lychee fruit, peach puree and tropical fruit. This is an exciting coffee that speaks volumes to the producer's processing innovations. 

• Colombia Finca La Villa - Anaerobic, Gesha - by Juan Dario Gomez. A stunner with a silky body, honey sweetness with intense rosewater character. An elegant coffee that is a beautiful representation of the famed Gesha varietal.  

• Colombia Finca La Fortuna - Washed, Chiroso - by Maximiliano Vargas. This is an amazing "comfort" coffee and a delicious counterbalance to two fruit-forward coffees in the set, with dark chocolate, plum and baking spices in the cup.

As a microlot offering, these coffees are part of our Artist Collaboration series. The labels were designed by the talented Phoebe Lo. They reflect Phoebe's tasting experience of the coffees, in the form of colors and shapes and the coffee's origin through an image from her travels to Colombia.
